LunaSentinel offers the following plans:
All prices are in euros including tax. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically.
Payment is processed via Stripe, a secure payment provider. LunaSentinel does not store any credit card data. Payment is charged at subscription and at each renewal.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services whose performance has begun with the user's agreement.
However, if you have not yet used your subscription, contact us within 14 days of subscription for a full refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No partial refund is issued.
In case of prolonged technical interruption (more than 48 consecutive hours), a credit equivalent to the interruption period may be granted upon request at contact@lunasentinel.com.
In case of price changes, you will be notified by email 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel without charge before that date.
In case of dispute, you may contact our customer service at contact@lunasentinel.com. Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
